You will be guided in each painting session by a playlist of music to help you find the way to connect within yourself and bring your own creative self out into the world. 

(You are encouraged to bring your own playlist and earbuds to enhance your personal experience)

This workshop is a pathway to ignight or reignite that creative spark and slip into the flow of creating.

You will never hear that someone likes or doesn’t like your painting in this experience. 

 *This is the only rule for this class. 

No two people create in the same way. Because everyone's creative inner world is unique to them. No two paintings will ever be the same the process and results are beautifully varied.

I want you to feel the freedom to experiance a wide range of connection from calm creative processe paintings to spontaneous creative expressions without a "a goal".

We ask if those attending to respect the privacy of other students.

Nobody will be identifed individually when sharing experiences of the workshop once it’s finished so there is no need to ever feel self-conscious!

The materials for our class are quite basic.

   We use liquid acrylic paints, paper plates as pallets, and basic pre primed  canvass in a variety of colors to paint on. Non intimadating and simple, these materials will help you feel free to experiment and explore.

 No white canvas stage fright moments to navagate.

Process and enjoyment are the focus. You can have an incredibly fulfilling experience just playing without the pressure of a goal.

You have dedicated painting time to paint with or without individual conversations with me. 

Some people flourish on their own, in silence, while others need time and/or a conversation with me to help them get unstuck or expand in some way.

There are a million ways to explore art, to paint, to write, to dance. 

No one way of approaching art making is better than another.

 I have found this to be true however.. the space and mindset is essential to all my work as a creativity centered person and an intuitive artist. I have seen people without any painting experience bloom in this intimate, conducive environment.
