Painting Ceramics

Are you feeling lucky? Bring out the lucky artist in you!

You can paint a ceramic clover dish with local artist, Dawn Lee. Ceramic dishes are food safe or can be used as decoration, jewelry holders, etc….

This will be a fun, easy beginner class with instruction on how to paint your raw bisque (pottery) before it goes to the kiln. All the supplies will be included. You don’t have to bring anything except a fun attitude! You can, of course, bring beverages and snacks if you like.

The plates are 6 inches in diameter and has a raised etching of a clover already on it. They will be glazed and fired in a kiln after you’ve painted your piece. This class is about 1 1/2 hours long and $25/person. Pieces will be ready to be picked up at the Thriving Artist Co-op after being fired in the kiln.
